"Someone Wants to Give You Money. Help Them." Excellent overview of the credit approval process, explains the items you will want to have ready to get started and what to expect through out the process of obtaining your home loan financing.

"Coming to Grips with Settlement":  What to expect at your home loan closing and a good overview of the process.

"How to Live With Your Mortgage,  Not For It.": Now that you have your mortgage, keep it.  Information on planning for the future, emergencies, etc and steps to take if you find yourself in financial difficulties.
